Modus began work on this 105,000sq ft development in September 2006 and have worked closely with Easington Borough Council through every step of the development process.
Having undertaken the successful multi-million pound transformation of nearby Peterlee, Modus’ aim was to improve the fortunes of the districts second largest town and put Seaham on the map as a place to shop, work, live and visit.
Byron Place will provide the momentum for driving forward the expansion and improvement of the town centre, and ultimately provide the final element of Seaham’s ten year regeneration programme.
