Community involvement is fundamental to every Modus development and due to this we have launched a project called Community Heart. This project is dedicated to working with communities at all stages of our development process.
Our Community Heart team recognises the importance of providing local people with an opportunity to come together in one community based location.
Also, any profits Modus make through a town centre development – 1% is given back to assist local community projects.
If you would like to get involved in our community projects, please contact: ask@modusproperties.co.uk
